In July, two members of the Epigenetics Group, Jon Mill and Eilis Hannon, along with 4 other dementia researchers from the University of Exeter are taking part in the Alzheimer’s Society London to Paris Charity cycle ride.

The ride sets off from Blackheath Common and after 5 days and 350 miles finishes on the Champs-Élysées all in aid of raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society. Alzheimer’s Society is a UK based charity whose mission is to inform and support dementia sufferers and their families, campaign on issues relating to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and fund research into the causes and potential treatments.
