The College wishes to recruit a Graduate Research Assistant in bioinformatics to support the work of Complex Disease Epigenetics Group. You will be part of a dynamic team who work on a number of large, complex genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic datasets, investigating the causes and consequences of molecular variation in the brain. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of research projects by supporting the processing, quality control and analysis of genomic data generated by our group. There will be scope to receive training in bioinformatics approaches and play a role in developing novel informatics pipelines. The post is for a fixed-term 1 year contract in the first instance, and is available to start immediately.
